BEAUTIFUL MISTAKE

yeah you bet town can get boring over the time ... tell that to a girl who has been staying here for 9 years! but it does has many advantages to be a full-time town-stayer!

1. you practically know town as IF its your backyard
2. you can easily psychoed your friends to go to town after school (just for a cup-of-coffee or movie or window shopping!) in the EVIL PLANNING of having your ENTIRE class escort you home! ~~~you wont have boring school-home road trips ever!
3. is just SUPER convenient to meet up with other ppl! cuz 75% outings are held at town, it simply takes 5-30 minutes to get ready for it! 0-20 minutes in dolling up, 5-10 minutes to WALK TOWARDS TOWN.
4. is impossible for your parents to complain that you have stayed super late out .. cuz really, "mum, i'm just 100metres away frm you? i'm at TOWN, i'm at HOME." hence, you can easily get away with curfews, no such thing as coming home late babe!
5. the word TOWN usually associates with night-life, busy ppl walking in throngs, endless traffic, noise/environmental polution and ERP CHARGES when you come in and out just to get home ... the residential area is actually VERY PRISTINE, filled with expats frm around the world and if you know the 'backway' to avoid traffic or ERP at TOWN, it is really the residential pathway
6. the property prices at TOWN residential is skyrocketing like mad ... please view 2nd page of the 2nd section of SUNDAY TIMES today. good investment, good future, good money ...
7. you are never TOO FAR AWAY frm ppl, cuz it is ppl who are TOO FAR AWAY frm you
8. all the buses, trains, highways, roads CONVERGES to TOWN. it takes 20 min to town frm MANDAI zoo. it takes 20 min to town frm CHANGI airport. it takes 20 min to town frm JURONG island.
9. the most important: SHOP, DROP, FEED, BLOAT, WATCH, LAUGH, HIGH, LIFE, BE, IN, COOL.

lol ... 9 years, 9 reasons, i dont know how i do it, come up with these lines as easy as flipping my hands back and forth. just highlight how SAD i am to leave this place ...
I HAVE ACCEPTED NORTHWESTERN.
