hello!
long time no blog!
haha ... yesterday (thursday) was a super sucky day. i thought i'm going to die or something. marilyn left, so did darwin. leaving MOI alone to hold on 3 ppl's job under the same amount of pay. quite sad. i felt so helpless. then the scoldings came, from all sorts of people, indian national, china national, japan national, insurance companies and singaporeans. mostly pissed-off customers who are super angry that their requests were not fulfilled (thanks to who? so irresponsible, leaving me with half-done cases). i have to painfully explain to them that i'm new to this work and i just get to know of their cases that very day. PLUS, ppl have been throwing their work to me. sad. luckily, after i told them my sad story "18 year old, new temp staff, holding 3 ppl (executive) job, underpaid..." everyone seems to pity me and stop giving me a hard time :) so TODAY was so much a better day (less scoldings) but the work is still piling and the pile doesnt seem to recede. haiyoh!
today me and manda met MR LIM AND HIS WIFE (they look so loving!) (haha .. i know mr lim will read this :) ) it was quite nice to have a few moments of laughter. mrs lim even commented that I KNOW MY WORK WELL! (i was trying to introduce her to the hospital's antenatal package... and i manage to guess her doctor's name...)
manda having nothing better to say blurted out that i am a **** !!! lol ... it was quite funny larh. of course i must make her pay for what she say so i said to jeff that manda think he is "shuai!"
i had a good laugh then (:
oh yes someone commented that i'm the CEO OF MY DEPARTMENT. sound pretty cool eh? 18 year old girl heading a department ... lol! i think that maybe a good motivation for me to keep on doing well for this job...
valentine's day coming ... i'm spending it ... um .. with STB interview board! haha ... sound weird rite? i'm having my interview at 1730hrs .. so late rite? i have to read up on all the things STB'S production on valentine's day ... like ROMANTIC SINGAPORE? HAHAHAHA ..
okay time to sleep
cny will be spent in singapore ! :) my jakarta home is 'FLOODED' according to manda ... but actually its just leaking everywhere ... no big deal! so no worries .. although DONATIONS will be great! haha KIDDING! i'm coping well ... so i'm going to go visiting to YOU PEOPLE'S house okay? welcome me everyone!!!!
