BEAUTIFUL MISTAKE

hello

work has been pretty sucky. i was v angry on friday but i keep a smile on my face. :/ my supervisor assistant came back from 2 days of MC and innocently said, "next time there is new bills for me, you just settle for me."
again, to those people who are unaware of my work scope and my department, we settle bills.
SO IT OBVIOUSLY MEANS THAT I HAVE TO DO HER WORK! THE WORK THAT SHE IS PAID FOR! BILLING IS ALL THAT WE DO. so new bills are like new folders we have to settle, despatch and keep track of. that is the basic of our work!!!! so if she push all her work to me, then what will she work as?!
oh yes, she makes a lot of mistakes, make the boss angry of her work ethics, cause she forgot some simple procedures and have many things to settle, plus she is sick. BUT it doesnt mean she has to push her responsibility to me! I'm practically pointing out all her mistakes the other time, which she ignores, then the boss queries her working procedures and BOOM! she kana questioning! -.-
my supervisor even pitied her and whispered to me, "today, i dont give you any work, you help her finish her stuff okay?" -.- its crazy! everyone is helping her! my supervisor also took some of her problematic case files and settle it herself (admist all her other responsibilities)
so yeah, i'm very irritated with that. PLUS! the way she settle her bills (writting cover letters, filling, etc) is totally different from the way my supervisor does it (a more slipshod way, i must say) sooooooo ... i have to freaking remember 2 ways of doing the same things!
(mind you, a bill is super thick, super messsy, super confusing - thanks to the nurses upstairs)
i think i have to work overtime next few days. cant finish all the work. i have HER bills to settle which is already pending since 17th jan. haiz! work is pilling up!
PLUS PLUS! my supervisor is quitting her job on 7th feb, AND they cant find a replacement for her. so the boss has discussed that I TOOK OVER HER WORK SCOPE. lol! very funny, take over her work scope and being paid the same amount still? its pain labour siah! can some lawyer fight for my rights or something?! I WANT PAY RISE!

since manda nv really blog. i shall blog her life too (: she also got some work frustations - from having NOT MUCH. its quite sad to have nothing to do, its also very sad to have TOO many things to do.
manda wanted to help me in my work. but finance = money = tricky business = might have a lot of mistakes = not good for her to come down and help. siggghhhh ... it will be great if she can come down!
maybe you should go to HR .. and say,"hi, i feel very unchallenged in my work scope. i hope you can introduce me with more responsibilities that i can put my skills and talents to a test. i know my capabilites, and this is certainly not the limit. i wish to be more challenged in my work scope....."
hahahahhahahahhah ... good idea?

piano tuitioning students who told me openly that they dont like piano or music is a TORTURE. seriously. they never practice, so practically tuition time is practice time. and they are not even serious! they laugh and drag and run off to the computer room to play MAPLE STORY! and i will be at the piano, telling them to come now for tuition. BUT i keep an open mind, i'm really earning money by the minute! so i just smile, joke and really try to have fun. i wanted very much to instill 'love for music' to these people. i hope that they can be brilliant musicians and play music with their heart and soul, get rid of their teenage awkwardness to beauty, love and passion. its only the 2nd lesson, i hope i can make a difference in their life and help them instill some DISCIPLINE to their life. one is a 12 year old boy, the other - his brother - is 14 years old. i'm 18 for goodness sake!

then there is the other 2 students i have for piano and maths. GIRLS! i totally enjoyed teaching them. though they are not geniuses that impress but they are soooo WILLING to learn. especially the little girl (piano) - she is my sister's friend, 8 years old. i use to dislike her cuz she is very brazen at my home (when playing with my sister) but lately she is being really nice and she respect me and listen to my instructions attentively! i told her to feel the music like a dance, and she did wat i said and her music was so beautiful! the other girl (math) - also my sister's friend, is so mature at thought! she want to go to NUS HIGH and become a doctor/scientist when she grow up! such a determined girl, i'm totally going to do my best so that she can reach her dreams (:

i estimate i can earn $510 from tuition each month! (4 students) not bad eh? hihi!!!

p.s: 36 year old grandmother sound soooo wrong! it means me and my daughter practically give birth before our 20! lol!!! SICK SIAH!

p.p.s: i'm dueting with my sister on her violin examination. i play the piano, she with the violin! it sound super good!!! gosh i totally love harmony!
